Business Owner (Provisional) is for people who have an overall successful business career which includes senior management or ownership. You must have significant business assets and be prepared to participate as a principal in the management of a new or existing business.
890 - Business Owner (Residence)
Business Owner (Residence) is for people who hold a Business Skills (Provisional) visa and have had an ownership interest in a business in Australia for at least 2 years with significant personal and business assets and turnover as well as a minimum number of employees. Applicants must have been in Australia for at least one year in the two years immediately before applying.
163 - State/territory Sponsored Business Owner (Brovisional)
State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner (Provisional) is for people who have an overall successful business career which includes senior management or ownership. You must have significant business assets and be prepared to participate as a principal in the management of a new or existing business. Applicants in this category must be sponsored by a state/territory government.
892 - State/Territory Sponsored business Owner (Residence)
Business Owner (Residence) is for people who hold a Business Skills (Provisional) visa and have had an ownership interest in a business in Australia for at least 2 years with significant personal and business assets and turnover as well as a minimum number of employees.
