Under new criteria in accordance to C-50 bill as decide by Canadian Immigration to be eligble to apply under Canada Skilled Worker Class you should atleat have one year full time paid or equavelent part time experience in last 10 year from the date of applying in the occupation listed here. (Qualifying listed Occupations) to be eligble to apply else you do not qualify to apply as a skilled worker under new system. For other they should have a valid job offer (AEO) Arranged Employment approved by HRSDC from Canada.

 

1. Age (Maximum 10 points)

2. English & French language Ability (Maximum 24 points)

First Language proficiency (English or French) Note - In case you have Basic Language proficiency in all four modules (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening you will only get 2 points, not 4 point.)







Second Language proficiency (English or French) Note - In case you have Modrate (CLB 5) Language proficiency in all four modules (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening you will only get 4 points)





3. Work Experence (Maximum 15 points)

You must have at least one year of full time experience in the last ten years in a management or professional or highly skilled occupation.
Once you have confirmed that you meet the above requirements, you can now estimate your points score. You must have a minimum of one year work experience for which you are granted 15 points. You can gain up to a maximum of 21 points for more than four years of work experience.  

3. Arranged employment (Maximum 10 points)

You will gain 10 points if you have a job offer approved by Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC) if it is a job where it will be difficult to find someone to fill the vacancy from the local labour market.You must have the abilities to perform the tasks of the job, and meet the educational and, where relevant, licensing and regulatory requirements for the job. You should note that it is the employer who applies to HRDC and not yourself. You may also gain the ten points in some circumstances if you are already in employment in Canada.

You or your accompanying spouse has studied in Canada:


Yes - completed a post-secondary program of at least two years in Canada since the age of 17 - 5 points


You or your accompanying spouse or common-law partner has worked in Canada:


Yes - worked full-time in Canada for at least one year - 5 points


You or your accompanying spouse or common-law partner has family in Canada:

Yes, we have a parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, child of a parent, sibling, child of a grandparent, aunt or uncle, or grandchild of a parent, niece or nephew who is residing in Canada and is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident - 5 points


You or your accompanying spouse or common-law partner has a valid job offer from Canada (Arranged Employment):
